Jon Fox was honestly by far the best agent we've ever worked with. Jon is funny, fun to be with, infinitely patient, extremely knowledgeable about the area, considerate, thoughtful, and exceptionally organized. He worked with us for over three years as we refined our thinking from a high rise to a single-family home on a third of an acre lot in a gated community. He has a tremendous awareness of various neighborhoods and was very candid. He always made us conscious of the areas surrounding the individual properties we were viewing. He guided us through the minutia of closing. It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish.

Meghan is a wonderful, kind, and friendly person. We were referred to her by a mutual friend and we are so thrilled to be fortunate enough to have her assistance. Obviously, deep expertise in Sarasota real estate and market knowledge.
